The Christmas market on Højbro Plads is the result of cooperation with the City of Copenhagen. For many years, the event organisation Michael Deutsch has been drawing inspiration from numerous European cities, so visitors and tourists in the city can enjoy an extra experience when busy doing their Christmas shopping in Copenhagen.

Højbro Plads Christmasmarket is well known outside Denmark and many tourists travel to Copenhagen partly for the beautiful city and Christmas shopping and Christmas market.
